In One on one Coaching sessions we focus on gaining awareness, deep exploration and to chart a path moving forward in a supporting, encouraging and non-judgmental space. I guide you on your transformation journey, you set the destination and pace.

45 minute sessions via phone, FaceTime, zoom or in person

Email support from Monday to Friday between sessions

Commitment of 3, 6 or 12 months.
